2. Reserve Studies
3. Water Intrusion Investigation
4. Property Turnover Surveys
5. Concrete Restoration
6. Painting and Waterproofing
7. Asset Life cycle Analysis (ROI)
8. Property Conditions Surveys
9. Asphalt Pavement Evaluations
10. Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement
11. Roof Consulting & Design
12. Expert Witness Services
13. Seawalls & Retaining Walls
14. Building Sciences
15. Project Management
16. Building Envelope
17. (O.A.R.) Services
18. Milestone Inspections

Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
