Description
Captivation Software is looking for a senior level subject matter expert who will provide direction with SIGINT development.
Responsibilities

• Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses.
• Provides analysis of module/model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow-on processing
• Designs and implements software modules in MATLAB or other similar design suite to process signals of interest
• Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use

Requirements
Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years of experience with SIGINT Development Analytic Support
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university is required

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience coding in C/C++ and Python
• Experience with SDRs
• RF signals analysis and Signals Development
• Experience with message queue implementation/communication
• Experience with Development Suites (X-Midas, etc.) or C++/Python-based signal processing tools and libraries
• Able to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.

Desired Skills:

• Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications system design and theory with implementation of concepts into software
• Time and / or Frequency geolocation technologies and implementation
• Experience with MATLAB
• Experience with GPU/CUDA development

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
