Job Description REQUIREMENTS:Experience 8+ yearsStrong working experience in developing and maintaining Mendix applications using the Mendix low-code development platform.Strong experience in Java programmingKnowledge of software development best practices, including agile methodologies.Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio, Mendix Studio Pro, and Mendix Runtime.Experience developing custom widgets and modules for Mendix.Experience working with databases and data modeling.Experience integrating Mendix applications with external systems.Good understanding of SDLC and development experience.Experience in performance tuning for Sterling Integrator.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives.Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization.Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.Mentoring team members on projects and helping them keep up with new technologies.RESPONSIBILITIES:Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirementsMapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developersIdentifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirementsDefining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementationWriting and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developersReviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followedDeveloping and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize itUnderstanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projectsQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
