Front-End Engineer (React)
Employment Type: Permanent/Direct Hire
Workplace Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver new front-end features of applications using React.
- Contribute to the development of front-end interactions of applications, including ongoing enhancements and improvements of the front-end of applications.
- Assist with the back-end development and maintenance of applications using Python and Django.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within the IT Department as well as the Product team.
- Other duties assigned by the Director of Engineering.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 6+ years of experience working in an Application Development or Software Engineering role with a strong focus in Full Stack Engineering.
- Proficient with front-end development programming languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Advanced skills with React front-end development.
- Strong background with designing/developing front-end interaction as well as improving and enhancing front-end features of applications.
- Understanding of open-source web development frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with various teams in IT as well as Product & Marketing departments.
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Knowledge and experience working with back-end technologies such as Python and Django.
- Experience migrating Single-Page Applications (SPAs) to open-source web development frameworks.
- Familiarity with Next JS framework.
- Prior experience working in a Development or Engineering role at an Internet, Technology, or e-Commerce company.
