We're looking for a very strong technical Test Developer; someone with the technical ability to deeply understand architectures and strong scripting experience to automate and innovate testing scenarios, and the leadership to encourage our engineering team. As a key member of our automotive group, you'll be working on real-time challenges unrivaled in the automotive industry and our automotive products. As part of the automotive software testing organization, you'll collaborate with both software and hardware engineering teams covering multiple disciplines to provide quality products.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a member of the Autonomous Vehicle Software Test team, you will work on Autonomous Vehicle Software Tools like DRIVE Simulation and Cloud tools like SimReady Studio for NVIDIA Omniverse to test end-to-end software tools and automate.
  • You will collaborate with a team with dynamic strengths of engineers encompassing the entire NVIDIA DRIVE platform. As such, you should have a track record of working well across organizations.
  • Develop scenario/test cases based on the product/features.
  • Python automation/tools development for white box testing.
  • Root cause/troubleshoot issues.
  • Work experience in a Linux environment.
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills are required.

What We Need To See

  • A master or bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or have a technical degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Work experience in Blender Tool and coding for the same.
  • You demonstrate excellent test process/flow with SW debugging skills in a Linux environment.
  • Experience in the Embedded/Car industry with similar technology experience.
  • Scripting/Coding language (Python, C/C++, etc.).
  • Experience in Automation or Tools development.
  • Self-motivated to learn new things & embrace technology faster.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Familiarity with industrial and scientific software architecture.
  • Strong in scripting/tools development.
  • Experience in the Embedded domain and Linux.
  • Expertise in debugging/troubleshooting.
  • Strong reciprocal and interpersonal skills, specifically a confirmed ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic work environment.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
