Summary
EMH&T is recruiting for a Senior Civil Engineer, PE to join our Development II Division. Our engineers are involved in commercial site development design projects and work collaboratively with the project team to develop creative solutions to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges that may arise. Responsibilities include initiating work or consultation with internal departments in areas such as transportation, environmental, and stormwater; identifying and acquiring essential information needed to complete assignments, e.g., municipal standards, local utility, and/or Owner requirements; assisting the senior project manager by planning and organizing workflow; providing technical oversight of various project components; overseeing the preparation of design calculations, details, and specifications; as well as assisting with plan reviews and modifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with experience in land/infrastructure development. Licensed PE in Ohio. Diverse experience and mature judgment in applying engineering principles and techniques to assist the project team in creating thorough plans for complex and diverse projects.
