Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineers in utilizing techniques to characterize hardware, define methods and new technologies and apply them to characterize hardware, and/or perform hardware characterization on extremely complex systems for the entire range of products for division.
- Interact with key customers to resolve extremely complex process engineering issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) for an entire range of products for the division.
- Ensure effective product/technology demonstrations.
- Manage experimental tests, evaluate results and escalate critical technology issues to management.
- Determine product process specifications and equipment strengths, weaknesses and areas of developmental opportunity.
- Lead collaboration efforts with executive managers and junior managers to ensure strategic execution.
- Lead market share improvement efforts.

U.S. Salary Range: $164,000.00 - $225,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
