Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a UX Designer position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This UX Designer will join the Gaming organization, crafting, designing, and enhancing user interfaces by deeply comprehending the requirements of end-users. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a creative process of storytelling and to learn how to convey that narrative by actively contributing to the development of user-centered experiences.

In this role you will:

• Engage with the business development team and customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business goals
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications

The Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of experience as a UX Designer
• Experience in software design and development
• Experience with data-driven UI development
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
