The IT Support Engineer is responsible for resolving escalated technical issues from IT Support Specialist I and IT Support Specialist II support team members. This position requires a deep understanding of IT systems and the ability to follow incidents through to resolution. The technician will work closely with various departments, including Security, Networking, Systems, Applications, and Management, to ensure seamless operation and support across the organization.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Support Engineer plays a pivotal role within the IT Department, offering both in-person and remote support via phone and email for all authorized technology and services. This includes diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. As a key representative of the IT Department, the IT Support Engineer assists our legal professionals and staff with a variety of technology challenges. The role involves supporting the company's IT System, Network, Application & Security Engineers, managing escalated incidents/problems methodically, providing regular updates, and liaising with vendors. The position is located in New York and requires daily office presence, with occasional travel to other office locations as needed.
