Senior FullStack ReactJS Developer

What we’re looking for

Ideaware is looking for an experienced React Developer to join our engineering team in a full-time contract position & work on an inspiring international project with one of our partners based in Los Angeles, California. As a senior software engineer, you will be working on an exciting Shopify quiz app. Come join us and help build a growing SAAS startup (they are async and remote with a great culture, flat organizational structure, and flexibility).

Responsibilities

1. Work directly with the co-founders and other team members.
2. Architect and deploy scalable front-end web solutions and features.
3. Plan and execute development sprints, code deployments, and new product improvement initiatives.
4. Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve the existing app.
5. Refactor front-end code to improve performance and maintainability.
6. Create and deploy automated tests to improve the reliability and stability of front-end systems.
7. Upgrade and maintain the app's UI/UX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing a public software product or application used by real users.
• Typescript / React. HTML, CSS, and other basic web skills.
• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
• Shopify app development experience is a plus.
• Some full-stack experience (especially with relational databases and basic REST APIs) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the eCommerce industry is helpful.
