Salary: $65,000 - $95,000

Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Support Engineer who is passionate about problem-solving. You'll provide front-line technical support, ensuring that users of our software receive timely and efficient assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our software platforms.
  • Work closely with the development team to report and resolve bugs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring users are fully satisfied with solutions.
  • Create and update technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Linux and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
