Software Engineer III

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve upon tooling frameworks for AR/VR graphics API debugging/performance analysis (custom Vulkan-like API)
• Optimize graphics driver features for memory and runtime performance
• Build unit tests and samples targeting new graphics features and specific application experiences
• Debug AR/VR platform issues and determine graphics-related causes and investigate appropriate solutions and fixes
  
  

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of computer graphics, familiar with graphics APIs including Vulkan / DirectX and hardware pipelines
• Have experience in one or more of the following: game development, graphics driver development, graphics performance analysis, graphics debugging, AR/VR, Android development.
• Have experience in modern software development environments and practices, including unit testing, source control, and continuous integration.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python, strong software development / optimization and debugging skills.
• Capable of writing high-quality, performant, maintainable and testable code.
• Collaborate smoothly across multiple internal teams, being able to drive the project individually.
  
  

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
