We are seeking an experienced and passionate Permanent Senior Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. This role is instrumental in driving the company's data analytics and business intelligence strategy. Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain our data warehouse using Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
2. Develop and manage ETL processes, including data quality and testing.
3. Create and maintain data models to support business processes and decision-making.
4. Utilize Azure and Power BI for data storage, transformation, and visualization.
5. Implement and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability across the organization.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
7. Analyze and interpret complex financial data, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team and senior management.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for process and tool improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry.
3. Proven experience with Snowflake, MDM, Data Modeling, ETL, Azure, Power BI, and Financial Data.
4. Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. A strong desire to stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the field of data analytics.
