Data Entry Operations Assistant - 78386

Swoon's largest semiconductor manufacturing client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist who can keep an eye on the entire automated manufacturing process while following SOPs during 3 to 4, 12 hour shifts during the week with alternating off days.

Role: FULL TIME

Hourly Rate: $22 - $24/hr

Location: ONSITE in client's Phoenix office!

Training: First 30 days, ONSITE, 9am - 6pm AZ time

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your knowledge of MS Office, Excel, data tracking, and coordination in a collaborative team environment
• Utilize process analysis, issue escalation, teamwork, documentation, and project work
• Utilize our training, peer support, SOP procedures, and structured work flows to perform position duties daily

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a 6am - 6pm OR 6pm - 6am schedule (3 or 4 days per week for either shift).
• Training schedule would be Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm for the first 30 days.
• High school Diploma or GED required
• Associates' Degree preferred
• Experience working in desktop or cubicle office setting, sitting for long time periods
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel especially), excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.
