Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of electronic hardware verification and manufacturing test plan (from NPI to EOL).
- Work with cross functional team and vendors to develop, deploy and maintain functional testers/fixtures. Provide on-site support during NPI and mass production builds.
- Perform Failures analysis on HW/SW development and production issues.
- Monitor Product build/test Yield, create failure pareto and perform in depth analysis.
- Drive Contract Manufacturer (CM) personal for product build and corrective actions.
- Debug issues by analyzing manufacturing test logs.
- Support DFx for new product design. Suggest data driven improvements.
- Assemble, bring-up, and debug new electronic test equipment designs.
- Design and execute test plans for validation of test systems and subsystems.
- Oversee the development and evaluation of equipment/tools/fixtures to aid in the manufacturing process.
- Pro-actively perform DOE (Design Of Experiment) to resolve test yield issues.
- Technically communicate with different region counterparts.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED
- Familiarity with manufacturing process in high volume environment.
- Familiarity with standard electronic test and measurement equipment.
- Good understanding of Electronics circuits.
- Knowledge of programming languages (preferably Python, Bash script) and ability to understand code.
- Strong knowledge of Linux OS, architecture, editors (vim and/or nano), and command lines.
- Understanding of SQL Database is a plus.
SKILLS
- Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Comfortable with at-a-desk design, hands-on laboratory work, and interfacing with manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer Engineering.
- 5+ years of directly related experience is required.
- Strong Oral and written English communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits Details
- An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, geographic location, and business needs.
- The salary range is applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York, or remote jobs that can be performed in these states. This range may be modified in the future.
