Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Generative AI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models that drive our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance user experience and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement generative AI models
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess data and build robust datasets for training AI models.
Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance, tuning hyperparameters to optimize results.
Stay current with the latest research and advancements in AI and machine learning, applying best practices to your work.
Design and implement scalable solutions for deploying generative models in production environments.
Document processes, algorithms, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
Troubleshoot and debug issues related to AI models and deployment.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team practices and workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, particularly in generative models.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI-related fields.
