This position will be assigned to the Northwest Center for Behavioral Health and Learning. The MAINTENANCE ENGINEER performs general maintenance and repair duties to ensure safe and efficient operation.RESPONSIBILITIES:-Performs routine maintenance, repair and troubleshooting work throughout the hospital.-Completes work orders in a timely and efficient manner and communicates completion of work order to the requestor and Senior Lead Engineer.-Performs preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.-Facilitates quality and professional grade repairs.-Identifies potential maintenance and safety problems and notifies the Facilities Manager of all such hazards and recommends repairs as appropriate.-Acts as a project coordinator with outside vendors.-Utilizes safe work habits and maintains work area in an orderly manner.As an employee you will enjoy generous benefits and work/life programs.
