Job Requirements / Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for defining and controlling production process including tooling and equipment. The role will validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. The position will develop and maintain manufacturing methods to support the safety, delivery, cost (SQDC) priorities. The Manufacturing Engineer will also perform regular participation in monthly Lean Kaizen events to support the Lean Roadmap. The successful candidate will possess Lean manufacturing principles and NC Programming/CAM experience.
