A leading global quantitative trading firm are building out a new US Equities team in Chicago and are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join as an early member.
The firm are known for their long track record of success, advanced research and trading systems, and non-hierarchical structure.
They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who has experience working in a trading environment to join them and drive innovation and development across their core trading infrastructure and systems.

Compensation up to $800k USD TC + benefits and relocation support
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core trading infrastructure
- Collaborate with researchers and traders
- Drive innovation across the team, contributing to the direction of development for their core systems
