What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop and maintain the Product vision by collaborating with stakeholders and aligning with business unit goals
2. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team
3. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap definition to development and market readiness
4. Validate user story acceptance criteria and ensure appropriate testing frameworks for product features
5. Identify and analyze key product performance metrics to make strategic and tactical recommendations for improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
2. 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering in Financial Services or Tech Industry
3. In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering in Financial Services or Tech Industry
4. Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively
5. Strong knowledge of API Gateways and product management processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 2+ years of people management experience
2. Agile Certification – Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner
3. Extensive technical experience with API Gateways
