VP of Engineering

We are seeking an experienced VP of Software Engineering to lead a dynamic development team. This on-site role in Manhattan requires strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, as well as experience managing offshore teams. The ideal candidate will oversee software project delivery, drive innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

1. 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ in leadership
2. Expertise in .NET (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core)
3. Experience managing offshore teams
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Agile/DevOps practices
5. Strong understanding of the media content industry, including streaming, content management, and digital distribution.
