We are seeking an Industrial Control Technician II to join our team! You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems for Materials Handling Equipment and Automated Picking Systems in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role also involves preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and inventory management of spare parts to ensure minimal downtime.
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical issues (e.g., AC/DC motors, power supplies, PLCs, HMI).
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules for facility equipment.
- Lead system modifications and control upgrades for MHE and Automated Picking Systems.
- Maintain accurate repair logs using CMMS/EAM system.
Must-Have Skills :
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with a strong electrical background.
- Expertise in diagnosing electrical systems (up to 600 volts), PLC programming, and control system components.
- Proficiency in reading CAD layouts, IPB diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Working knowledge of communication networks (PROFIBUS, CAN-BUS) and PLC troubleshooting.
