Projects range from housing, retail, civic, corporate, hospitality, and educational facilities aimed at creating sustainable, inclusive, and empowering environments. We are seeking a creative Architectural Designer with the ability to carry small and mid-sized projects from concept through construction documentation.
Project Architect / Architectural Designer Overview: As a Project Architect / Designer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of architecture projects from conception through completion. You will work closely with clients, community stakeholders, other architects, project managers, consultants, and construction teams to ensure projects are met. Your designs will meet the needs of the communities they serve, creating a lasting impact.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the design process from initial concepts to detailed construction documents
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and goals
- Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and contractors to bring designs to life
- Managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables are met within budget
- Utilizing your creativity and technical skills to solve complex design challenges
- Incorporating sustainable and inclusive design principles into every project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect or on track for licensure
- 10+ years of experience in architectural design, including managing projects from start to finish
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively
- A passion for creating impactful, community-centered design
- Strong design and technical skills
