Senior Engineer

Our client, that designs & manufactures heating solutions for all components of a thermal system, is seeking a direct hire, Senior Engineer to design systems and develop processes and process improvement initiatives. This person would sit onsite at their Hannibal, MO location.

Job Title: Senior Engineer

Location: Hannibal, MO

Pay Range: $82,400-$123,600 + 10% Bonus

What’s the Job?

1. Perform a variety of engineering work in planning and developing products, tools, fixtures, equipment and industrial processes.
2. Focus on improving products or processes that impact one or more technical areas or across multiple locations/facilities.
3. Advanced understanding of lean product development tools and principles.
4. Advanced mastery of advanced systematic/creative problem-solving tools.
5. 100% Onsite.

What’s Needed?

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferred. Related experience at a more senior level in lieu of degree required.
2. Electrical troubleshooting experience.
3. Experience designing systems and improving processes.
