We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities

1. Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
2. Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner
3. Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
4. Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans
5. Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment

Qualifications

1. Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
2. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
3. A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
4. You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
5. You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
