• Develop and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, data centers, servers, networks, firewalls located at company headquarters, branch offices and retail locations
• Engage in the entire lifecycle (from inception, design, planning, deployment, operation and continuous improvement) of IT service management of existing and next generation IT platform as well as applications
• Provide engineer-level support for the company’s data centers, networks, telecommunications, systems and applications
• Maintain services and ensure availability, reliability, security, latency and overall health of the company’s information systems
• Provide capacity planning, change management and emergency response to system-wide issues
• Liaison for the IT department and work with functional managers to drive projects (including but not limited to HR systems, point-of-sale systems, LED display board etc.) from inception to completion.
  
  

• Bachelors degree
• Microsoft experience
• Point of Sale systems knowledge
