Industrial Electrician

Industrial Electricians are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment in industrial facilities.

Their duties include:

Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical components, such as wiring, switch boxes, lighting fixtures and more.

Performing preventive maintenance and regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely.

Identifying and fixing problems with electrical systems and equipment

Following safety procedures and electrical codes, and designing and implementing electrical safety standards

Keeping records, reviewing warranties, and filing claims

Preparing electrical blueprints and interpreting technical documents

Programming equipment as needed

Ensuring that the electrical system is up to code
