MUST HAVE:

1. 4 engagements lasting at least 9 months each in a Java developer role
2. 8+ years Java/J2EE development
3. 3+ years JSP
4. 3+ years JPA/Hibernate
5. 3+ years Spring
6. 3+ years WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
7. 2+ years Oracle
8. 2+ years Maven
9. 2+ years ESB/Web Services

NICE TO HAVE:

1. Documented design experience
2. Web app testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium/WebDriver
3. Acceptance testing, including tools such as Cucumber
