Senior Instructional Designer (Global)

Title : Instructional Designer (Global) 176153

Location : Boston MA - 3 days in-office per week

Length : 5 months - LOA coverage

*PROJECT OVERVIEW*

• 2 big projects – digitizing onboarding experience for Global team; digitizing/structuring another training program

*REQUIRED SKILLS*

• Must be willing to attend meetings outside 8am-5pm since it is a global team
• Project management / Updating key stakeholders – needs to have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Needs to be comfortable on Macs / Apple
• Lots of video editing
• Adobe Creative Cloud, NovoEd, DomiKnow, and Degreed they probably wont know NovoEd and Domiknow

The Expertise You Have

• Expertise in learning design, development, and delivery in a corporate setting
• Experience using industry-standard development tools like Adobe Creative Suite to build modern digital content
• Strong collaborator with a track record of success in highly matrixed environments
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to listen actively, present ideas, synthesize feedback, and formulate an action plan
• Comfort managing projects of various sizes while updating key stakeholders
