Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Boulder, CO for a Satellite Payload Communication Systems Engineer. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to managing and optimizing satellite payload communication systems.

Ideal Experience:

• Proficiency in satellite communication systems, RF engineering, and signal processing
• Experience with payload communication protocols, data links, and modulation schemes
• Knowledge of satellite communication standards such as CCSDS
• Strong understanding of antenna systems, frequency bands, and propagation models
• Expertise in software-defined radios and networking protocols
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly
