YOUR ROLE
- Coordinate and execute engineering projects & processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost while supporting the plant.
- Liaise with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice.
- Strive for improvements and efficiencies in the Engineering area.
- Manage Maintenance Technicians to ensure timely completion of PM and upkeep of equipment.
- Lead PSM processes with stakeholders in the organization to meet all regulatory and quality requirements.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's of Science in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering & 5 years of experience.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot PLCs.
- Knowledge of Chemical PSM environment (OSHA Standard 1910).
- Coordinate and plan maintenance activities.
- Ability to lead and communicate with cross-functional teams within the organization.
- CMMS & AutoCAD knowledge.
- Project Management.
The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may also be modified in the future.
