ReactJS Developer

Infosys is seeking a ReactJS Developer. This position’s primary responsibility will be to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks. The chosen candidate will apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, gather accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and the scope of development. The role will require strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and make adjustments in a testing environment while contributing towards developing and adhering to best practices for developing applications that are scalable, relevant, and critical to the project.

Required Qualifications:

1. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
2. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
3. At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
4. At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle with good experience in Agile Development Model.
5. Deep knowledge of React JS, Redux practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience.
6. Working knowledge of Elastic JS and Next JS.
7. Good Experience in Java.
8. Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
9. Ensuring a clear dependency chain, in regard to the app logic as well as the file system.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Strong programming skills in Java with proficiency in object-oriented design principles.
2. Experience with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring and Hibernate.
3. Experience with 3rd party libraries for DOM manipulation, understanding JavaScript event model.
4. Understands how to write efficient selectors.
5. Understands CSS rule specificity.
6. Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
7. Analytical skills.
8. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
