Job Summary

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified .NET Tech Lead with experience developing and building hard-working, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications.

You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Location: Seattle, WA or Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver on project goals.
2. Providing business solutions and architecture guidance to the development teams.
3. Possess excellent software architecture design, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
6. Optimize application performance, scalability and security.
7. Continuously improve development processes and workflows.
8. Ensure all best practices, standards, coding principles and unit/automation test strategies are followed within the teams; ensure the code coverage, sonar violations are periodically reviewed.

Qualifications:

1. .Net lead with 8+ years of IT experience.
2. Hands-on experience in creating complex .Net Microservices, .Net Core.
3. Build UI services - Angular or React.
4. Azure, Functions, App Services, Spring, Event architecture (Event grid, Event hub).

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000.00 – $163,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
