1. Experience in Java, J2EE, Websphere, and WPS
2. Experience in GWT, Hibernate, Spring, and jBPM
3. Strong analytical skills and experience in development as well as production support projects

2. Proficient in understanding business processes/requirements and translating them into technical requirements
3. Good coordination skills as an onsite lead
4. A team player with excellent communication, analytical, verbal, and writing skills
