We are currently seeking bright and talented graduates to join our Junior RPA Practitioner Program based in the Dominican Republic. We guide our Clients on how they can automate Business Processes using RPA, BPA, AI and Cognitive technologies. We invest in R&D to develop and use RPA models.
Job Summary
The Junior RPA Practitioner is a motivated, energetic, team player who can quickly learn new systems and technologies. As an RPA Practitioner, you will apply your knowledge of software automation engineering to solve real-world problems for our clients. This includes working to design and create software robots that will execute business processes and build a digital workforce for our clients.
Essential duties

• Participate in the process of design, coding, unit testing, reviewing and debugging of new robots based on CoSourcing Partners proprietary methodology.
• Deploy and maintain additional orchestration software to manage bots in existing environments.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various project stakeholder
• Trouble shoot and resolve issues in existing solutions.
• Learn & earn certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and other technologies

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Excellent logical thinking, critical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Strong Academic Record or Strong Related Internship experience
