As a Process Intergration Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining stability of fab process, specifically mixed signal process. Responsibilities include: 1) Transferring new products and technologies from TSMC headquarters; 2) Reviewing daily WAT (Wafer Acceptance Test) and inline/offline abnormal signal and executing containment and preventive actions; 3) Collaborating with fab engineering team to improve yield and WAT stability and reduce process defects; 4) providing technical support to mixed signal customers.
While this position is scheduled to work core business hours, Monday-Friday, there may be times when additional hours are necessary.
Responsibilities include:

  • Lots handling, WAT analysis and process optimization
  • Device development, Yield troubleshooting and reliability improvement
  • Fab transfer & Customers handling
  • Customized structure process integration development
Requirements:

  • Minimum MS degree majoring in EE or Engineering related fields.
  • Fab, RD, PE related experience preferred.
  • Exhibit good and open communication skills, teamwork spirit and learn attitude.
  • Be able to work within cross-functional teams.
  • Semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $80,100 and $97,900 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range.
