Mechanical Engineering Manager (90-95K)

We have an outstanding opportunity available for a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead a team of Engineers performing cradle to grave OEM equipment design in the Syracuse, NY area.

Responsibilities :

• Provide management and guidance to a department of mechanical engineers
• Oversee that project milestones are on time and within budget
• Ensure full scope product documentation is clear and accurate
• Collaborate with Senior Management / Directors on the strategic direction of product development
• Participate in key Product Design Engineering activities

Education and Experience :

• BSME or BSMET
• 7-10 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
• Previous Team Leadership / Supervisory experience
• Experience within OEM manufacturing environments: machining, welding, mechanisms, gears pulleys, motors, pumps, beams levers, bearings, products is preferred)
