Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Service Engineer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers the opportunity to perform deep technical investigations, stretching your skills to isolate and solve complex performance issues for advertising customers and partners. In this role you will:

• Perform deep technical investigations to solve complex performance issues
• Resolve customer issues promptly, balancing speed and quality
• Contribute to product improvements and file bug and design change requests
• Drive root cause analysis and service improvements in partnership with Engineering teams

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support or software development organization
• 3+ years of experience running online systems built on Azure or similar cloud providers
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in online commerce and customer technical support
