Summary:
Goldbelt Frontier LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, including creating code, conducting lifecycle reviews, and leading internal teams. This role involves planning and executing software integration for medical applications across various operating systems, such as Android, Linux, and Microsoft Windows. Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) programs is essential.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and manage software development projects
- Lead internal teams in software development and integration
- Plan and execute software integration of medical applications on various OS devices
- Collaborate with Government Program Managers and other stakeholders
- Provide software integration support for DoD and DHA programs
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks to achieve cybersecurity approvals
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong programming and software development skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in software integration and development tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field required. A Master’s degree is preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development
- Relevant experience in software integration, particularly with medical applications and various operating systems (Android, Linux, Windows)
- Experience working with DoD and DHA programs
- Experience in developing risk management frameworks for cybersecurity approvals
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain up to secret government clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Certification in cybersecurity or related areas
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 annually.
