This position will support SharePoint Online and O365 environments as well as automation initiatives. The O365 Developer will be serving as an integral part of the development team to support and streamline business processes utilizing tools such as (but not limited to) SharePoint Online, Power Platform (PowerApps and Power Automate).ResponsibilitiesApply knowledge to enhance and/or create customizations on SharePoint and Power Apps.Use Graph API to query data to display in SharePoint Online sites or in Power AppsUse SPFX to customize, build, and maintain solutions within SharePoint.Develop sites and features within SharePoint Online that help simplify and streamline business processes for staff and lawyers/professionals.Configuring, testing and deploying the solutions with integration to internal and external databasesMonitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the solutions to report on impact the businessManage projects throughout the full development life cycle including: understanding the needs of the clients, making recommendation on those needs, designing, developing, implementing, deploying, and supporting those solutions.Understand applications on an existing platform and possibly enhance those systems. Provide feedback and solutions to improve and move those applications to newer platforms.When necessary, research and recommend third party tools to solve a business need or create custom apps.Provide development and design assistance to other user levels and internally to IT.Provide training of newly designed applications to clients and Service Desk.Provide reasonably accurate task/project time estimates to manager & stakeholders. Provide adjustments to manager & stakeholders as needed.Report to manager and/or supervisor on status of current development projects.Other duties as needed to fully meet the requirements of the role.Experience & QualificationsMinimum 3 years’ experience developing SharePoint sites using the Modern Experience for SharePoint Online with Knowledge of SPFx, Graph API, Angular JS/React JSStrong experience with SharePoint development and architecture with SharePoint OnlineStrong experience with building highly customized, integrated Power AppsStrong experience with building highly customized, complex workflows within Power AutomateStrong knowledge of SQL Servers, APIs, and Web ServicesAbility to think critically in high pressure situations, design robust solutions that meet the immediate and future needs (including minimal maintenance), and deliver quality solutions in a calm and effective manner and short time frame.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology.Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and shift seamlessly between technologies.Effectively interact with other members of the team, IT department, and business leaders.Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Must be able to raise concerns or questions proactively if necessary.Experience with source control tool such as GitExperience with Dashboard, Reporting and Analytics toolsExperience within the Legal industry experience a plus.Experience with IntApp Integrate a plusSalaryWashington DC Only DOE: $93,000 - $112,000Dentons US LLP offers a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays and discretionary bonuses.Dentons US LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
