The Rotational Engineer is an entry level position for recent graduates with BSME degrees. You will go through a 12-to-18-month training period at HYDAC and will be put on a schedule that will rotate through all major functions within HYDAC. These functions will include Manufacturing, Engineering, QA, Product Management, Customer Service, and Accounting.
You will make an impact in this role by:

  • Tasks will be assigned for each functional area.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
  • Able to read drawing information.
  • Geometric dimensioning and tolerance is required. Familiar with computer-based systems operation.
  • Knowledge of APQP, manufacturing and quality processes and capabilities.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Self-Starter and Motivator: Able to develop effective relationships with distributors, regional sales managers, and customers.
Requirements
To be considered for the Rotational Engineer role, you must have the following minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree required.
  • Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred.
  • Coursework in simulation is preferred.
