I'm partnered with a rapidly expanding Gen AI Startup focused on making AI safe and available to all. They believe AI builders need expertly crafted, proprietary research powered tools to create trustworthy and high-quality genAI applications that will change how we work and live.

Their software is being used by major F100 companies, Top 10 banks, and tier-1 startups like Reddit. The Founding team comes from places Uber AI and Apple's Siri.

Customer demand is strong, and they have grown ARR 3x consecutively for the last 3 quarters.

What You'll Do:

• Play a foundational role in designing, building, and scaling their products and team
• Be engaged in all steps of the product development process, working cross-functionally with a product manager, designer, user researcher, and data scientist
• Build large scale distributed systems
• Drive the development of cutting edge products

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience building high-scale Data or ML products or platforms
• Expert in building APIs with Python and maintaining customer facing API documentation as well as internal documentation
• Experience building applications on AWS, Google Cloud + Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience building customer facing products with ML frameworks (like PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc)
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners
• High productivity and care to help teams collaborate more effectively and efficiently
• A startup mindset, biasing towards thoughtful action with minimal direction

On Offer:

• Base salary is negotiable - Up to $240k
