Brand Experience and Excellence (BEE) org's vision is to make Amazon the most attractive place for Brands to sell their products by helping Brands WW engage with Customers, grow their Customer base, their Customer lifetime value, and deliver a great Customer experience. To achieve this vision, we build Brand and customer facing tools and experiences.

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who will collaborate with cross-org stakeholders to design and implement a cohesive and intuitive user experience for Brands, and support all BEE products and programs as needed.

Key job responsibilities

1. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, sales workflows, customer feedback, and usability findings.
2. Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications.
3. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders, executive leadership and other design leaders in our broader org.
4. Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products.
5. Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design.
6. Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications.
7. Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

1. 8+ years of design experience
2. Have an available online portfolio
3. Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
2. Experience with UX design of complex workflows.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
