• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6 (six) years of experience as Field Engineer at minimum
• 2 Two years' experience managing people and processes
• Strong communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
• Solid computer skills; Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Outlook, P6, and design software
• Ability to use critical thinking to solve complex engineering challenges
• Exceptional organization skills
• Ability to create and manage schedules
Full Compensation Package: $140,000- $180,000 per year

- Review construction and utilities plans
- Updating conflict matrix daily
- Meets daily with project crews to review production schedule and confirm all materials, equipment and resources are readily available for production to continue on schedule and within budget.
- Collects, coordinates and analysis shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements and project data through the duration of the project to ensure quality and contract specification compliance.
- Provides technical input for project work plan and scheduling. Identifying risk elements of production, materials, equipment or process that could negatively impact the budget or schedule
- Detailing schedules
- Attend meetings with the utility owners, client and the construction management team
- Maintaining accurate records, including meeting minutes
- Cataloging all outstanding issues to completion
- Assigning priorities to responsible persons
- Make calculations in planning or assessing conflicts
- Cost control management, including managing budgets for projects, handling submission of pay forms and approving invoices.
