Pay Range: $68 - $72/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product managers, Designers, and Developers to gather requirements and deliver design solutions.
- Strong presentation skill, and effectively demo designs to larger groups, including business and legal partners.
- Ensure ADA compliance and implement best practices in all design work.
- Work with the research team to define research objectives and apply insights.
- Utilize analytics and survey platforms to make data-driven design decisions.
- Leverage Client design system and components to create cohesive design solutions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:UX Designing, Figma, ADA standards/Accessibility standards .
- Online portfolio with UI/UX case study.
- Expertise in Figma.
- Proficiency in ADA/Accessibility standards.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience in the Finance/Banking industry.
- Analytical skills with prior experience with Client/Adobe analytics and A/B testing platforms.
