Required Education/ExperienceMaster's Degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related technical field and 2 years of full-time work experience in engineering, construction, or other operations area orBachelor's Degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related technical field and 2 years of full-time work experience in engineering, construction or other operations area.Relevant Work ExperienceMust have minimum of 2 year's full time relevant experience with materials selection, metallurgy, multi-disciplinary collaboration, welding automation/robotics, and welding codes/standards compliance. RequiredMust have computer literacy and the ability to direct the usage of electronic computer-based analytical simulations. RequiredDemonstrated ability in managing and reviewing welding procedures, welding procedure qualifications and generating welding procedures. RequiredCertified Welding Inspector or ability to get certified within a year. PreferredExperience working productively and effectively in a team environment. PreferredMust have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
