An ideal candidate should have a good understanding of using VBA code to do MSACCESS report processing including the ability to trace back through the Row Source and create source to target mapping documents
He or she should be an individual contributor and ready to contribute from the beginning
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
Familiar with SQL Server
Familiar with Agile software development methodologies
Soft Skills
As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
Insurance Domain Knowledge
