Senior Content Designer

TurboTax is hiring a senior-level content designer who is confident owning the end-to-end content strategy and execution for our Assisted Tax Services experiences.

What you'll bring

1. UX writing skills: 3-5 years’ experience as content designer or UX writer, working on consumer software products. Tools include Figma, or similar.
2. Collaboration: Experience working closely with product designers, user research, engineering, data analytics and other cross-functional stakeholders.
3. Initiative: Ability to manage own projects; work within tight time deadlines; and comfortable receiving, responding to, and incorporating feedback.
4. Experience: Writing for tax, customer service, or other fintech products.
5. UX Design: Experience with UX design and user research practices.

How you will lead

In this role, you’ll focus on areas in TurboTax where customers connect and work with a live tax expert. You’ll own the content design on various tracks of work and help shape the end-to-end narrative for our Full Service and other assisted tax products.
