Visual Designer

smartdept. is searching for aVisual Designer for a luxury hospitality brand based in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will come with 3+ years of experience. This is apart-time (around 20-40 hours/month),fully remote , ongoing contract opportunity for someone looking to take on sporadic assignments. This person must be based in Southern California and able to work during local business hours . Compensation for this position is expected to be $30/hr -$45/hr depending on experience level and fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and edit graphics for marketing and sales materials, such as brochures, email templates, and website design.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas.
• Ensure that all graphics are of high quality and meet the company's standards.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in graphic design.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
