RF Engineer Intern, Ring

The RF Engineer intern works closely with teams located in Taipei and Global engineering teams throughout the development cycle. As a member of the team, you will assist in driving cross-functional communication within the region. You will assist in closely monitoring and driving activities including IEEE standard study, design data release, design validation, issue solving, and root cause analysis.

1. Work closely with Hardware Engineering teams and Technology teams as well as suppliers to keep development schedules on track.
2. IEEE standard, VNA, SA and IQxel testing equipment study.
3. Assist in driving and tracking RF design readiness for Engineering builds.
4. Assist in RF components testing and RF performance validation.
5. Assist in RF tuning and measurement to deliver qualified reports.
6. Can work 5 days per week during summer holiday for at least 3 months duration.
7. Is willing to work in Taipei.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Are enrolled in or have completed a Master's degree or above in engineering or equivalent.

- Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin.

- Major in Electrical Engineering or Communication Engineering related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Knowledge of RF technology in consumer electronics.
2. Knowledge of RF components, design validation, circuit simulation, and analysis.
3. Hands-on RF system testing and validation process with equipment.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills (Chinese and English).
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Demonstrated critical thinking capability.
7. Self-motivated and proactive.
8. Willing to take technical challenges and responsibility.
9. Previous internship experience.
10. Past experience or coursework in RF design and project management.
